12-week Upper Body Program
This is a 12-week do-it-on-your-own program that includes 3 workouts per week. There are 3 phases in the program and each phase builds on the previous one. The overall program works on general fitness, strength, muscle endurance, power, and hypertrophy.
DEKA Program at Strive Fitness
This program is inspired by the Spartan DEKA and is designed to take your fitness to the next level no matter whether you are a seasoned athlete or just starting out! This program relies on the 3 pillars of the DEKA: Strength & Power, Conditioning, Endurance. If you are interested to train for your first or next DEKA event, this will get you ready!
SGX Program at Strive Fitness
SF SGX is a training program with a focus on functional body weight exercises. The program is intended to improve overall fitness, increase power and strength, mobility and make you a better athlete. This program will prepare you for an obstacle course race as well if that is something you are interested in!
Strive Fitness Athlete
This program is a fusion of SGX and DEKA programs that will get you prepared for anything life throws your way and any competition event in the Spartan/Spartan DEKA family. Are you ready to become the best version of you and be a Strive Fitness athlete?
